Law enforcement misconduct records would be released under bill passed by California Senate | San Diego Union-Tribune

On the same day the preliminary hearing opened in the sexual misconduct case against San Diego sheriff’s Deputy Richard Fischer, the state Senate passed a bill that would allow public access to records of law enforcement officers suspected of abusing their authority.
